Lewis Drugs, Inc. has started construction of a new concept store to be located on the southwest corner of 69th Street and Louise Avenue in Sioux Falls.
"We have listened to our customers and have designed a store that will make their shopping experience at Lewis more enjoyable and convenient” said Mark Griffin, President and Chief Executive Officer.
New Concept Improves Customer Shopping Experience
A state-of-the-art pharmacy located just inside one of the store’s two entrances will highlight the 35,000 square foot building. The new store will also feature a year-round garden center, a cosmetics boutique and walk-in beverage coolers. Lower shelf heights and wider aisles will make the store easier to navigate.
Expanded Departments Add Value
The new store will offer additional selections of groceries, home décor and furniture. And will include a full line of wine and spirits.
Lewis Drugs, Inc. was established in 1942 as the first self-service drug store in South Dakota.
For over 65 years, shoppers have trusted family-owned Lewis Drug as their neighborhood store and pharmacy. With 32 stores throughout South Dakota, Iowa and Minnesota, Lewis aims to be the first stop for everything on your list.
