History

Lewis Drugs, Inc. was established in 1942 as the first self-service drug store in South Dakota and the surrounding region. Today, Lewis operates 32 stores in South Dakota, Iowa and Minnesota.

Lewis offers convenient services you use every day, like prescription drug refills, photo processing and movie and video game rentals. We’re also a major retailer of non-prescription drugs, cosmetics, grocery items, greeting cards, electronics, clothing, garden and lawn equipment, office supplies, sporting goods, furniture and gifts.
