Today, a major retailer and leader in pharmaceutical sales in the region, Lewis Drug has grown to nine retail stores, one Lewis Express store, seventeen Family Drug stores, two clinic pharmacies and two long term care pharmacies.

To provide exceptional pricing, exemplary personal service and the ultimate in convenience.
To always be our guest first stop.
Lewis was established in 1942 in Sioux Falls, SD, followed by the opening of eight other regional stores, each offering a wide variety of general merchandise in addition to quality prescription and non-prescription drugs.
In 1998, in a partnership with Sanford Health, Lewis acquired eleven Family Drug Stores, representing a large portion of the upper Midwest. More stores are planned as Lewis continues to adapt to the future, with advantages like online prescription fulfillment, drive-up window service and home delivery.
