President's Welcome
Lewis Drug, Inc. is a regional leader in working with families and hospitals to provide pharmaceuticals with caring and attentive service. We have been locally owned for over 60 years.
Established in 1942, Lewis was the first self-service drug store in South Dakota and the surrounding region. In following years, Lewis further established itself with eight more stores, each offering a wide variety of general merchandise in addition to quality prescription and non-prescription drugs.
Lewis is a market leader in pharmaceutical services. We are also a major retailer of electronics, clothing, garden and yard ware, office supplies, sporting goods, furniture, groceries and toys with name brands at affordable prices.
At Lewis, our continual goal is to provide exceptional pricing, exemplary personal service and the ultimate in convenience. In short, our goal is to always be your first stop.

In 1998, in a partnership with Sanford Health, Lewis acquired eleven Family Drug Stores, representing a large portion of the upper Midwest. More stores are planned as we continue to adapt to the future, with advantages like online prescription fulfillment, drive-up window service and home delivery.
We are currently planing for continued expansion with the same level of service and attention that marks Lewis Drug as a leader in healthcare products.
Lewis Drug is an exciting and dynamic company. We look forward to many more years of friendly, convenient service and continued growth, enhanced by the personal attention you've come to expect from your locally owned, neighborhood drug store.
We welcome all inquiries about Lewis Drug, Inc. Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions or comments.
